How To make a Fence |
|||
Any old fence can keep people away, so they don't get too close and see how you do it. Below you'll find directions on how to make a old fence. |

|
To star with you will need 1 by 2 from Home Depot or place like that. Half-inch PVC pipe in 10 feet links so that they can be cut down to 3'3" in length. Black spray paint plus some black paint to paint the wood. The spray paint is good for the PVC pipe and you can do touch ups very quickly. For every 8 feet of fence you will need 2 Rebar that are 2 feet long.

Next you must drill some holes in the wood. I made a jig to space out the holes from 1 by 4 boards. I drill holes in to the board that I wanted the spacing that I wonted. And I drilled the wood through the holes to keep the spacing right and they keep you from moving I use the peace of PVC left over from the cutting. By putting a piece of PVC through the whole I could drill the next hole and keep my spacing. And you can see in the photo to left one section put together and another waiting. |

When you have all the section she wants together you'll need a hammer to start hammer the Rebar into the ground. I put the fence down on the ground to help place the Rebar to support the fence. If you do the job you might fool people into thinking its real. I used 1 1/4 inch screws to hold the PVC in place. Since this breaks down to very small pile, you can use this over and over again. Keep your eyes open you might find something that you can put on top of the fence to make a spookier.
